For Our Patients

What can you expect at your first visit? Where can you get new patient forms? How can you pay for your dental work? The answers are right here! We put patients first and are dedicated to deliver a convenient, stress-free experience. If you don’t find what you need, just ask!

New Patient Visit

Your first visit is the first step to a fantastic smile. Please bring your completed new patient forms to your appointment. When you arrive, our front-office team will review the forms and discuss the reasons for your visit. In the absence of gum disease, you’ll receive a dental cleaning, and we’ll take a set of X-rays. Then you’ll meet the dentist for a comprehensive examination, including:

  • A tooth-by-tooth check for decay
  • An oral cancer screening
  • An assessment of periodontal (gum) health
  • A bite evaluation

The dentist will discuss your current oral health status, as well as your short- and long-term dental goals. Then, he’ll explain his treatment recommendations and answer your questions. We make it a point to provide patients with all of the information they need to make decisions that meet their objectives, fit their budget, and work with their schedule.

New Patient Forms

Print and complete your new patient forms, then bring them to your initial appointment. We can also mail or fax the forms to you, or you can complete them before your appointment.

Payment & Insurance Information

Delta Dental Provider!

You may pay for your dental work with cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. We also accept dental insurance and are in network with Delta Dental. Our front-office personnel electronically file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. If you’d like to finance your dental work, CareCredit offers low- and no-interest payment plans for qualified applicants. Get the details on the CareCredit website, then apply online.

Emergency Dental Care

Emergencies happen when you least expect them, so we have a doctor on call 7 days a week to handle emergencies for our established patients. Call our Rowlett dental office when your emergency occurs, and we’ll schedule an appointment during office hours or arrange for after-hours care.
